Holding Fear, Free Love

Fear is also holding on; grasping at things while trying to keep other things close. But eventually, as we continue to hold on, these things weigh us down. As we continue holding on & grabbing more things/thoughts/ideas to hold, we are weighing ourselves down.

As we continue to weigh ourselves down, it gets harder to move; both physically and mentally. Soon, we are so weighed down with all of these different thoughts they begin to cause anxiety. Soon, as we’re grasping at other thoughts/ideas/things and clinging to others, we cannot move at all.

Love is letting go.

(I don’t know what this means. It’s different for each person. But letting go is love and not holding on to these thoughts, ideas, desires, etc.)
