Our thoughts, feelings and actions should align. That gives off what some call a “love frequency;” and allows a copacetic mind. If any of these aren’t aligned with each other, that makes living much more stressful, and then we give off a different frequency.

When one of these things aren’t aligned, it causes us to seek other methods to fill whatever vibration or frequency is missing. It makes us feel like we’re not whole, so we try other things like TV, people, alcohol, drugs and more. But at some point, I think we realize this is an artificial fullness, and that’s when people start lashing out at friends and the world.
