Babbling Mind

Our mind likes telling us what is and isn’t “real.” The problem arises when our mind is telling us certain thoughts are real, which is where much of our anxieties come from. Our mind will trick us into thinking things like “I am alone” or “I’m smarter than this” are real.

But if we find time to just be with ourselves, in the moment, we will see not what is “real,” but what is true.
