Easy Emotions to Exhibit

Several emotions are especially easy to turn on and tune into; anger, apathy & annoyance. They only require one to grab hold and react, which are tangible things to the mind.

On the other hand, compassion, empathy & love are often perceived as much more difficult because of their slightly more abstract concepts of letting go and surrender. These emotions merely require presence.

Hey there lukepm12. Thank you so very much for your comment. I’m quite grateful and humbled some words of mine have resonated with you in some way.

I’ve been meditating for almost 8 years. But only doing it regularly for the last four or five. As for what it’s done, I feel like that could take a few books to explain. However, one of my other pages at the top, “Origins of the Blog” reveals a little bit more about myself and what meditation has done.

I sharing this link with you because I think some of the stuff I said here explains things better than I could voice with much coherency at this point in time.
